I love homegrown food, homemade wines, and vacations Up North. I even have a bucket list of supper clubs to visit.
That picture is of me and one of my backyard chickens, the Golden Girls.
And, while I love to explore Wisconsin, enjoying each season to its fullest, what I love most is helping clients plan for their retirement.
I was born and raised in Sheboygan and have long had an interest in personal finance. It started with my favorite business classes in high school. I also learned a lot from my dad, a small business owner.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in finance, with an emphasis on insurance. I began my career at National Insurance Services, spending six years in the public sector, eventually working with school districts and municipalities on their life and disability insurance and helping employees and retirees navigate their retirement benefits.
At Savaglia, I use that experience and in-depth knowledge of benefit packages to help build financial plans for my clients.
Away from work, I enjoy tending to my garden and spending as much time outside as I can -- from my suburban vegetable garden to harvesting eggs from my chickens. My husband, Geoff, and I are members of the Wisconsin Vintners Association and make our own wine. We also love to travel and explore the state through camping and hiking. Our favorite destination? Checking out Wisconsin wineries, breweries and supper clubs.
