The first person you may hear when calling Savaglia Financial Advisors (SFA) is me, Executive Assistant Mikaela Grosz … Kenosha native, graduate of Xavier University (class of 2021), helpful and welcoming, and recent fur mom to Teddy, my toy poodle.
In the midst of my college career, I felt my path would lead me to a Fortune 500 company. Isn’t this where many college students figure their drive and education will lead them? I often thought about working in a fast-paced environment, with hundreds, if not thousands, of other young, ambitious professionals looking to make their mark. This scene included work in a gleaming high rise in a bustling, crowded and caffeine-fueled mega city. My current dream job at SFA is much different, and I could not be happier.
An internship at SFA in 2020 really helped me to recalibrate what I thought was my future, and to what my career calling truly has become. That experience opened my horizons to all the incredible ways financial services help to make a positive difference in people’s lives. I also soon came to realize that it wasn’t just about the important work we do at SFA. It’s how close knit this humble Oak Creek office of 10 professionals is and how well we work together.
I learned early on that SFA is a special place that serves our clients in unique and individual ways. First and foremost, we get to know the person and their concerns, goals, hopes and dreams. We’re welcoming, supportive, casual and collaborative. It’s a privilege for me to get to know our new and existing clients as they reach out to us, and to be able to provide supportive help to the talented SFA team. Many clients have been with us for decades and some have just recently started their journey with us. My every day goal is to provide you with the best and friendliest customer service.
