π The SFA Spotlight: Meet the people who help you Dream. Plan. Enjoy. π

πMeet Jessica Reiff, Client Services Representative π
At Savaglia Financial Advisors, we know that great financial planning is about more than numbers; it’s about people, relationships, and trust. Our Savaglia Spotlight series is designed to introduce you to the individuals who help make that experience possible every day.
This month, we’re excited to feature Jessica Reiff, one of our dedicated Client Services Representatives whose passion for helping others, attention to detail, and creative energy play a vital role in supporting both our clients and advisors.
πΌ The Connector Behind the Scenes
Jessica has been part of the Savaglia Financial Advisors team for three years, where she supports advisors Crystal Sdano, Karl Weizenicker, and Larry Dreher.
Her role touches nearly every part of the client experience. From paperwork creation and account monitoring to processing contributions and distributions, assisting with proposals, planning firm events, and managing SFA’s social media and marketing efforts. Jessica keeps many moving pieces working seamlessly together.
At the heart of it all is her guiding belief:
“Helping the client, that’s what it’s all about.”
She takes pride in making the financial process feel less overwhelming and more approachable, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.
π A Career Rooted in Purpose
Jessica’s path into the financial industry is deeply personal. Growing up, she witnessed how financial uncertainty and poor planning could tear families apart; watching loved ones fight over estates, damage relationships, and even end up in courtrooms.
That experience shaped her purpose.
“I wanted to be part of something that helped create peace and stability,” she explains. “If I could help families feel more secure financially, maybe then they could protect the relationships that matter most.”
Today, that purpose fuels everything she does at SFA.
π― Professional Pride & Strengths
One of Jessica’s proudest accomplishments has been helping the advisors manage the Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) at SFA. She created a tracking system to ensure RMDs are properly managed and satisfied; a crucial responsibility for many clients that requires accuracy and consistency.
She also planned SFA’s first-ever Retiree Rumble, a celebration honoring clients who recently retired, an event she hopes becomes a long-standing tradition.
Jessica credits her success to:
- Attention to detail
- A strong work ethic
- Reliability and organization
π‘ From Farm Life to Finding Home
Jessica grew up in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, on a small hobby farm. After attending college at UW-Platteville, she moved to downtown Milwaukee to experience city life, something completely new for a farm girl.
Recently, she made her way back to a smaller community and now lives in New Berlin, where she’s found peace and balance.
“Once a farm girl, always a farm girl,” she says.
π¨ Creativity, Companions & Fun Facts
Outside of work, Jessica is a creative powerhouse. Her friends call her “Handy(wo)man Jess” thanks to her love for crafting, refurbishing furniture, macramé, sewing, painting, and learning new creative skills.
At home, she shares life with:
- Bella, the infamous SFA office pup and her 6-year-old English black lab
- Two new retired barn kittens, Olivander (Ollie for short) and Kobe
- Her significant other, Bobby, who may or may not be planning something sparkly in the future ππ
Two fun facts you may now know:
Jessica was once a competitive water show skier, performing with the Lauderdale Aqua Skiers and even skiing with Tommy Bartlett in the Wisconsin Dells. She famously finished a show on one leg after breaking her hip at a state tournament.
She was also a collegiate pole vaulter and now has the privilege of coaching the next generation of pole vaulters at her alma mater high school: Elkhorn Area High.
β Favorites & Inspiration
- Favorite coffee order: Honey Lavender Latte (or a Winter Mint Mocha)
- Lunch with anyone: Her grandmother, Virginia, who passed away when Jessica was young, “She was the light of mine and my brother’s life.”
- Life motto:
“If it doesn’t scare you, it’s probably not the right decision.”
A lesson passed down from her dad that continues to motivate her to embrace growth and challenge.
In three words, Jessica describes herself as: Driven. Caring. Happy.
β€οΈ Why She Loves Being Part of SFA
For Jessica, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing clients’ lives change for the better.
“The advisors help in so many ways, and it’s really special to be part of that process.”
She’s currently studying to become an advisor at SFA, continuing her commitment to growth, learning, and serving clients at an even deeper level.
